摘要
静脉渗漏指发疱性药物或刺激性药物在使用过程中从血管中漏出进入皮下组织中。化疗药物发生静脉渗漏，轻则造成肿胀、刺痛，严重时或处理不当时，将会造成溃疡甚至严重的坏死，给肿瘤患者带来痛苦和负担。因此在临床使用抗肿瘤药物时应做好静脉渗漏的预防和妥善处理^[1]。
