钛酸铋钠基无铅压电陶瓷烧结行为

摘要 利用固相合成法合成了纯钙钛矿结构的钛酸铋钠基压电陶瓷,研究了不同烧结温度下的钛酸铋钠基压电陶瓷的烧结行为,并对烧结过程中陶瓷表面出现第二相的机制进行了模型分析。最后研究了钛酸铋钠基陶瓷系列的电学性能。结果表明,第二相TiO2仅出现在陶瓷的表面,是由于在烧结过程中,钠、钾的脱溶造成晶界处出现第二相。介电常数和压电常数对烧结温度比较敏感。 (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-based piezoelectric ceramics of single perovskite were synthesized by solid phase method, The sintering behavior of the ceramics at different temperatures were studied, and the second phase exited on the surface with a founded mold was analysed. The electric properties of the ceramics sintered at different temperatures were shown. The results show that the second phase TiO2 only appeared on ceramic surface, which arised from sodium and potassium volatilization in grain boundary during sintering. Dielectric constant and piezoelectric coefficient is sensitive for sintering temperature.
