摘要
将1个X类、2个Y类芯子首尾相连,一体化设计后构成CBB型三角形连接旁路电容器,X2、Y2芯子采用边缘加厚的锌铝金属化聚丙烯薄膜和内串式卷绕方式,对喷金、焊接和参数测量等工艺进行重点控制。结果表明,该电容器安装灵活、可靠性高、可承受2.5~5.0 kV脉冲电压,能有效抑制差模干扰和共模干扰信号。
Connected 1 X, 2 Y cores end to end; CBB triangular connected by-pass capacitor was constructed. X2, Y2 core was wired by thick edge Zn-A1 metallic polypropylene film, inner-series wiring method was used, and the process was controled on spray metal, welding and parameters measure. The conclusion shows this type of capacitor's assembly flexible, high reliability, which can bear 2.5-5 kV pulse voltage, restrain interferential signal efficiency.
