摘要
探讨银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的提取条件,通过分光光度法测定黄酮的含量并计算它的提取率。根据黄酮类化合物提取量的计算结果,经单因素分析,正交实验选定黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件即70%乙醇为提取液,提取温度为90℃,料液比为1∶20,提取次数为3次,回流时间为1.5h,银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的提取率可达到96.02%。
The method for the extraction of flavones from Ginkgo leaves was Modified. Capacity of flavones was determined by spectrophotometry. The optimal condition was chosen by orthogonal tests as extraction with 70% ethanol, ratio of power to liquid 1 ： 2 0 and extracting three times at 1 . 5 hours at 9 0 ℃, and the extracton rate of flavones reached 96.02%.
