摘要
报道了应用紫露草微核技术检测土壤污染状况的操作方法及其效果，试验结果表明，该方法应用于土壤污染状况的检测，具有灵敏度高、快速和操作简便等特点．
In this paper the authors have introduced the procedure and effect of Tradescantia Mirconucleus (Trad MCN) Test for soil contamination.The experimental result shows the test method is of high sensitivity,high speed and easy to use when applied to the test for soil contamination.
