摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对取食6种不同寄主植物的小菜蛾酯酶同工酶进行了研究。根据各酶谱的迁移率,共区分出8条酶带。取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾4龄幼虫之间,其酯酶谱有明显差异,本文并籍敌敌畏和毒扁豆碱抑制所得的酯酶图谱对取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾酯酶同工酶进行了分析。
Eight enzyme bands have been distiguished by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the esterase zymograms have remarkable differences among the 4th instar larvae of the diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella L.,that fed on different host plants.The result indicated that host plants not only affected the quantity but also could change the guality of the esterase systems especially the carboxylesterase of the larvae of the diamondback moth.
