高压热等静压工艺烧结超细WC-10Co复合粉烧结体 被引量:1

摘要 实验室采用高压热等静压法(Sintering+HIP)对超细WC-10Co复合粉烧结体进行烧结实验研究。实验结果表明,在1 360℃的温度下烧结,其抗弯强度较真空预烧前提高19.95%,致密度提高了2%以上,最高达到了97.92%,同时细化了晶粒,提高了合金的机械性能。 Ultra-fine WC-10Co compound powder have been sintered by Sintering + HIP process in the lab. The result shows that when the powder being sintered at 1 360 ℃ by Sintering + HIP, compare of vacuum sintering process, the bending strength of the sample has evidently increased 19.95 %, the density of the sample has been increased more than 2 %, which reaches 97.92 %, the grain size of the sample is fine and even, and the mechanical performance being improved.
