摘要
本研究运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编反映个体工作环境和社会经济状况问卷对幼儿教师进行测试,分析811份有效问卷,结果表明,14.8%的幼儿教师有明显心理障碍,主要表现在强迫症状、躯体化症状、焦虑和敌对等方面。
The objective of the survey is to investigate kindergarten teachers'mental health states and provide supports for the improvement of their mental health.Using SCL-90 and questionnaire of working environment & social and economic station to survey kindergarten teachers, the paper analyses the data of 811 kindergarten teachers and finds 14.8% of the kindergarten teachers have relatively serious mental health problems, in which main factors are obsessive-compulsive, somatization, anxiety and hostility.
