摘要
选用5个穗发芽敏感性不同的小麦品种进行完全双列杂交,通过穗发芽敏感性遗传效应分析和配合力测定结果表明:小麦穗发芽敏感性主要受加性基因效应影响,其广义遗传力和狭义遗传力估计值均较高;亲本品种穗发芽敏感性的一股配合力存在极显著差异;双亲均值与杂种值的相关性全部达极显著水平;在小麦抗穗发芽育种中,双亲都应具有抗穗发芽的特性。
Five wheat cultivars which were different in susceptibility to sprouting in head ofwheat were used in the design of complete diallel cross to study the combining ability and toanalyse heritable etfect of susceptibility to sprouting in head of wheat.The results indicated that the susceptibility to preharvest sprouting was predominantlyaffected by effect of additive genes. The estimates of heritability in the broad sence ofsusceptibility to preharvest sprouting and that in the narrow sence were both high. The differencesamong the parents in their general combining ability of susceptibility to preharvest sprouting wereextremely significant. There was an extremely significant positive correlation between the meansof both parent s value in their hibrid. In the breeding for resistan11ce to prel1arvest sprouting, thecharacteristics of resistance of both parents should exist.
