甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)隐性核不育两型系22118AB的基因型分析及利用途径探讨 被引量:8

摘要 甘蓝型油菜(BrassicanapusL.)核不育系22118A的育性是由两对隐性基因所控制.不育株的基因型为双隐性纯合体aabb(为了便于分析.作者把这两对基因分别用a和b表示,下同).两对基因中只要有一个为显性.植株全部表现为可育;只要有一对为显性纯合体AA或BB的材料都可作为恢复系,核不育两型系22118AB中的可有株基因型为Aabb或aaBb,采用兄妹交配aabb×Aabb或aabb×aaBb,其后代育性分离稳定为1:1.在杂种优势利用中可以采用二系法制种.用两型系中的可育株作父本进行测文,有望找到核质工作的保持系,从而实现三系配套,生产杂交种子。 The sterility of genic male sterile (GMS) line 22118A (Brassica napus L. )is controlled by two pairs of recessive genes. Suppose the genes are a and b respectively. The genotype of aabb is sterile,others are fertile. All the genotypes with AA or BB are restorer lines. And the genotype of fertile plants in 221 18AB is Aabb or aaBb. The ratio of fertility segregation in combination aabb ×Aabb or aabb ×aaBb is stable 1:1 by sib mating.Two-type line method for F1 seed production is available by utilizing the sterile line 22118A with restorer lines. lf F2 generation is all fertile by test-crossing with fertile plants of the line 22118AB as male .the maintainer line of the cytoplasimic genic male sterility will be found. In the result, the three-line method can be used to produce hybrid seeds, which would build up a new path to take advantage of the sterile line 22118A in rapeseed production.
