活性小分子化合物和白血病:化学生物学研究 被引量:2

摘要 近10年来,以靶标特异的活性小分子化合物为探针研究重要细胞生命活动规律为主要目的的化学生物学(chemical biology)得到快速发展,也大大地推动了疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤的分子发病学研究和靶向治疗的进步。白血病是一类获得性体细胞突变所致的造血细胞恶性肿瘤,发病率占据恶性肿瘤的前10位。显然,开展白血病的发病学和治疗学研究非常重要。
