超声乳化动力学的应用进展 被引量:13

摘要 自超声乳化白内障吸除术发明以来,超声乳化技术就在不断地完善过程中。从早期的低负压高能量到高负压低能量、从晶体核的刻蚀技术到拦截劈裂技术再到目前被广泛应用的快速劈裂技术,眼科医师不断地探索如何使白内障手术过程更为安全有效。同时,眼科设备的持续改进也为手术技术的充分发挥提供了保障。提供稳定的前房、有效的应用能量和尽可能减少眼组织的损伤是良好的超声乳化设备不断追求的目标。作为眼科手术医师,如果能更好地了解超声设备的工作原理,在手术过程中就能更加自如地发挥手术技术。
