Effect of Vpu Gene on Synthesis and Immunogenicity of HIV 1 Env

以重组痘苗病毒作载体，探讨了关于ＶｐｕＯＲＦ对人免疫缺陷病毒１型（ＨＩＶ－１）Ｅｎｖ蛋白合成和免疫原性的影响。结果表明，如果存在ＶｐｕＯＲＦ，Ｅｎｖ蛋白的合成降低，并且降低其产生抗Ｅｎｖ抗体的水平。去掉ＶｐｕＯＲＦ，不但提高Ｅｎｖ蛋白的合成。

The effect of the Vpu ORF on the synthesis and immunogenicity of HIV 1 envelope proteins (Env) was studied on recombinant vaccinia vectors (RVVs). The results showed that the presence of Vpu ORF could reduce the amount of the Env proteins synthesized in vitro, resulting in the decreased production of anti HIV 1 antibodies induced by RVVs.
