摘要 促卵泡素3号(LRH-A3)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)和孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)等3种外源性激素均可增加体外培养条件下牦牛垂体组织分泌LH和FSH的能力。培养液中LH和FSH含量与加入的LRH-A3量呈正相关。 The experiments revealed the effect of different agents on the secretion of LH and FSH by cultured pituitary tissues. The agents included luteinizing hormone releasing hormone A 3 (LRH A 3), pregnant mare′s serum gonadotropin (PMSG), human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). The result showed that addition of LRH A 3, PMSG or hCG in the cultural media could increase LH and FSH production significantly in vitro and the amounts of LH and FSH released were positively correlation to the doses of LRH A 3, but not to PMSG in the release of LH. However, FSH was the highest as 80 IU of PMSG was added in the media. There were no correlations between the amounts of LH or FSH released and the doses of PMSG and hCG added.
