摘要
采用预聚物混合法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,合成了脂肪族聚氨酯水分散体树脂(PUD),探讨了聚合物多元醇种类、羧基含量、—NCO/—OH比、中和度等因素对PUD性能的影响,并考察了预聚物反应时间及温度对PUD合成稳定性的影响,通过DSC分析了聚合物微观结构和性能的关系。
The title waterborne aliphatic polyurethane dispersion has been prepared with IPDI as main material by prepolymer mixing process. The influence of varieties of polyols, amount of carboxglic group, NCO/OH ratio and neutrilization on PUD performance was discussed and the influence of reaction time and temperature for prepolymer on stability of prcpolymer preparation was also discussed. The relation between performance and micro structure of polymer was investigated by use of DSC.
