摘要
在SPF来源的一日龄雏鸡,不论是注射能表达马立克病病毒(MDV)的38kd磷蛋白(pp38)基因的重组杆状病毒感染的昆虫Sf9细胞裂解物还是注射经亲和层析提纯的重组MDVpp38,都能抑制雏鸡的体液免疫反应,表现为相应雏鸡对注射小鼠红血球5~7d后的血球凝集抗体的平均滴度比对照鸡低1.38~1.68个Log2(p<0.025)和2.55~3.25个Log2(p<0.005)。
In chicks of SPF origin injected with Marek’s disease virus (MDV) 38 kd phosphorylated protein (pp38) expressing recombinant baculovirus infected insect Sf9 cell lysates or the recombinant pp38 purified from the infected Sf9 cell lysates through affinity column,the humoral immunne response was depressed,and the average antibody titers of heamoglutination to mouse red blood cells in recombinant pp38 treated chicks were 1 38~1 68 Log2 (p<0 025) and 2 55~3 25 Log2 (p<0 005) lower than that in control chicks in 5~7 days after immunization with mouse red blood cells This is the first report of studies on the biological activities of MDV pp38
