脑膜Rosai—Dorfman病一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，61岁，视物模糊0．5年，加重3d。MRI表现：常规扫描示右侧顶枕部颅板下见带状T1WI等、T2WI等高信号，周围见指爪样水肿带（图1）；钆喷替酸葡甲胺（Gd-DTPA）15ml增强扫描示病灶明显强化，病灶脑实质面呈伪足样改变，邻近脑膜亦增强（图2，3）。术前影像诊断为可疑脑膜转移瘤或脑膜瘤病。
