冠状动脉介入手术的矛盾与困惑 被引量：3

摘要 冠状动脉介入手术（PCI）至今已有20多年的历史。在这期间新技术和新器械的飞速发展已经使我们能够更多的涉足于以前未曾尝试的领域，如左主干（LM）、慢性闭塞病变（CTO）、分叉病变等等。同时也带来了更多的问题，这些问题使我们陷入了矛盾和困惑之中。如何面对矛盾和困惑，如何评价冠脉介入术的快速发展，如何在临床工作中利用新技术新器械，这值得我们很好地进行分析和思考。
