城市棕色地带更新是近年来欧美国家城市建设的重要内容,文章介绍了城市棕色地带更新的基本概念和发展状况,以常州市国棉一厂改造概念规划设计为例,探讨了我国这一类建设项目的实践操作,并指出当前城市棕色地带更新面临的主要问题。

Brownfieids regeneration has been an important content of urban constructions in European and American cities in recent years. Based the introductions for basic concepts and actual states of brownfields regeneration, the paper discusses the conceptual planning case for the renovation of Changzhou first State Cotton Textile Factory, and pointed out the main problems of brown fields regeneration in China.
