苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株94的培养基优化及对4种鳞翅目幼虫的毒力

Media optimization of Bacillus thuringiensis 94 and its virulence to four species of lepidoteran larvae

采用正交设计，获得了苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株９４（Ｂｔ９４）的最适液体培养基配方：葡萄糖质量浓度为０．７６ｋｇＬ－１、胰蛋白胨＋酵母浸膏为０．８ｋｇＬ－１、无机盐为０．１ｋｇＬ－１．采用该培养基进行摇床培养，活芽孢数可达１０１×１０１１个Ｌ－１．用摇瓶培养液对斜纹夜蛾和小菜蛾进行毒力测定，其ＬＣ５０分别为３５５．９９５１±２．６０９８和５８．２９０８±１．

Utilizing orthogonal design to screen the suitable media for Bacillus thuringiensis 94 (Bt94) was conducted. The result showed that the best media mass concentrations were glucose 0.[KG-4]76 kg·L -1 , peptone+yeast extract 0.8 kg·L -1 , salt 0.1 kg·L -1 , 101×10 11 ·L -1 of spores could be produced by using the media. The virulence tests for Prodenia citura Fabricius and Plutella xylostella linne indicated that the LC 50 of Bt94 was 355.995 1 ±2.[KG-4]609 8 and 58.290 8±1.426 2 mL·L -1 respectively.
