My View on the Rules of the New Chinese Poetry

新诗的节奏单元是音顿和意顿,由此建行构节形成音顿连续排列节奏和意顿对称排列节奏两大体系。新诗的用韵方式有传统式和现代式两种,新诗韵律除节奏和诗韵外还有同音堆集等辅助方式。

The rhythmic unit of the New Chinese Poetry is either a phonetic group or a sense group, so the New Chinese Poetry has two systems - one consisting of poetic lines formed by continually aligned phonetic groups and one by symmetrically arranged sense groups. The rhyme scheme of the New Chinese Poetry is divided into traditional and modem types. Apart from rhythm and rhyme, there are other rules of the New Chinese Poetry such as the accumulation of similar sounds.
