食管胆红素监测诊断小儿十二指肠胃食管反流的意义 被引量:1

摘要 十二指肠胃食管反流(DGER)是指十二指肠内容物反流入食管。十二指肠液的主要成分是胆汁、碳酸氢盐和胰酶,它们是消化过程中不可缺少的物质。但除了胃酸和幽门螺杆菌外,胆汁被认为是上消化道的第3个内源性黏膜攻击因子。随着食管胆红素监测(Bilitee 2000)在临床的应用,胆汁反流在食管疾病中的致病作用越来越受到重视。由于条件的制约,Bilitec 2000在儿科的应用报道尚不多见。2005年2月至2006年4月,我们对经胃镜检查发现黏液湖黄染的35例患儿进行食管胆红素和pH值同步监测,以了解小儿DGER的特点。
