乳腺干细胞研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人类乳腺组织含有两种不同的上皮细胞:即腺腔内层的腺上皮细胞和外层的肌上皮细胞,前者表达细胞角蛋白(CK)8/18/19,而后者表达平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)。以往人们常常用它来解释正常乳腺组织的发育以及乳腺肿瘤的发生和发展。一般认为乳腺肿瘤均来源于腺上皮细胞,而乳腺癌中肌上皮细胞减少或消失,并以此来鉴别是否有浸润或癌变。这两种上皮细胞的起源一直受到学术界的关注。
