脱氧葡萄糖^(18)F正电子发射断层显像寻找颈部转移癌原发灶的应用

摘要
无论头颈区还是胸腹部恶性肿瘤都可以颈部淋巴转移肿大作为首发症状，寻找原发灶是颈部转移性肿瘤诊断中一个主要问题。近年来，泸州医学院附属医院应用脱氧葡萄糖^18F正电子发射断层显像（^18F—fluoro-2-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography，^18F—FDG PET）对8例患者进行检查，资料回顾性报道如下。
