摘要 为了满足光纤液位测量系统的高精度和分布式控制需要,提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和局域网控制器(CAN)的高精度光电转换器核心电路模块的设计方案,并进行了工程实现。从A/D数据采集电路、数字信号处理模块及CAN总线通信三方面阐述了光电转换器的工作原理,给出了软件处理流程。实验表明,该转换器简化了系统设计,具有精度高、数据传输稳定等特点,有良好的应用前景。 To meet the demands of high precision and distributed control, a design of the core photoelectric converter circuit module, which is based on digital signal processor (DSP) and controller area network (CAN), is proposed and realized for optical fiber liquid-level measurement system. The principle of the converter is described from three aspects including A/D data acquisition circuit, digital signal processing module and CAN bus communication, and the software flowchart is given also. The result of test shows that this converter makes the system design simple and is characteried by high precision and good reliability. It will be widely required in application.
