摘要
采用10只AT切压电石英振子构成的两节差接桥型电路,研制出了1.65 MHz分立式上边带晶体滤波器新品种。该产品在-40^+85℃环境温度工作时,具有通带波动小(≤2 dB),阻带衰减大(≥80 dB),矩形系数小(≤1.2),插入损耗低(≤2 dB)和中心频率偏差≤200 Hz的特性。
By using two-stage differential bridge circuit composed of ten pieces of AT cut mode piezoelectric quartz crystal resonator, a new kind of discrete top side-band crystal filter of 1.65 MHz has been designed. When working in the operation temperature range of --40~ + 85 ℃ attenuation of the filter in stop-band is larger than 80 dB; rectangle coefficient is not larger than 1.2; Both ripples in pass-band and insertion loss are less than 2 dB. The center frequency difference is smaller than 200 Hz.
