八种中药挥发油对布洛芬促透作用的比较

Comparison of the Effect of Eight kinds of Volatile Oil of Chinese Material Medica on Percutaneous Absorption of Ibuprofen in Vitro

目的:对吴茱萸、防风、茅苍术、云木香、温郁金、羌活、沉香及荆芥八种中药挥发油对布洛芬的促透作用进行比较,为天然促透剂的选择和应用提供依据。方法:在体外透皮实验装置上进行透皮吸收实验,用HPLC法测定布洛芬的含量。结果:上述八种中药的挥发油对布洛芬经皮渗透均有促进作用,增渗倍数分别为3.46、3.00、2.36、2.32、2.28、2.01、1.37和1.29。结论:上述八种中药的挥发油对布洛芬的透皮吸收均有促进作用,其中吴茱萸及防风的挥发油的促透作用尤其显著。

Objective： To compare the permeation-enhancing effeet of the volatile oil of eight kinds of Chinese material medica ineluding Fructus Evodia, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Rhizoma Atraetylodes lancea Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Cureuma wenyujin, Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, Herba Sehizonepetae on the model drug of ibuprofen in order to provide theoretic foundation for the selection and application of natural penetration enhancer. Methods： The permeation flux of ibuprofen was determined using the penetration experiment apparatus in vitro. The content of ibuprofen was measured by HPLC. Results： All the above mentioned volatile oil showed permeation enhancing effect on ibuprofen in different degrees, and the enhaneive permeation multiple was 3.46,3.00,2. 36,2.32,2.28,2.01,1.37 and 1.29. Conclusion： All eight kinds of volatile oil can enhance the pereutaneous absorption of ibuprofen in vitro, among which the volatile oil of Fruetus Evodia and Radix Saposhnikoviae showed significant penetration enhancing effect.
