摘要
目的检测野外不同生境德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。方法参照WHO和Atkinson、Zhai等点滴法和药膜法。结果药膜法测定德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威、毒死蜱抗性系数分别为7.68~20.54,1.26~5.94,2.06~5.10,1.69~25.97,1.4~10.91,5.55~20.6;点滴法测定德国小蠊对三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、毒死蜱相对倍数为16.32~89.97,20.86~77.86,4.34~11.24,36.16~81.46。结论德国小蠊抗性水平的监测为蟑螂防治工作提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Blattella germanica to normal used insecticide at different outdoors enviroment. Methods Spot drip method of Atkinson and Zhai respectively and the general surface contacting method. Results The resistance ratio(RR) measured by surface contacting were 7. 68 -20. 54 for deltamethrin, 1.26-5. 94 for beta-cypermethrin, 2. 06 - 5. 10 for clocythrin, 1.69 - 25. 97 for DDVP, 1.4 - 10. 91 for phoxim,5. 55 - 20. 6 for chlorpyrifos. The resistance ratio(RR) measured by spot drip was 16. 32 - 89. 97 for clocythrin,20. 86 - 77. 86 for betacypermethrin, 4. 34 - 11.24 for phoxim,36. 16 - 81.46 for chlorpyrifos. Conclusion Accurate monitoring the actual resistance level of Blattellla germanica could provide scientific envidence for controlling cockroaches.
