摘要 目的研究家蝇幼虫抗菌肽对肿瘤细胞的作用效果。方法针刺感染大肠杆菌诱导家蝇幼虫产生抗菌肽,经研磨、离心、层析等步骤提取其抗菌肽,所提取的抗菌肽作用于肿瘤细胞K562、Daudi、109及T24,以流式细胞仪检测其作用效果。结果抗菌肽对4种肿瘤细胞的有效杀伤力M1均在85%以上。结论家蝇幼虫抗菌肽可作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物开发。 Objective To study the effect of antimicrotial peptides abtracted from housefly larvae against tumor cell. Methods The insects were infected by bacteria with a needle to be induced to product antibacterial peptides, then these peptides were extracted by a series of steps protocol including grinding, heating, centrifugal and CM-cillulose cation-exchange chromatography . The last step, the peptides worked on the four tumour cells ,K562, 109 ,daudi and T24. Detecting the effect of peptides by Flow Cytometer(FCM). Results Peptides from Musca domestica larva could kill the four tumour cells over 85%. Conclusion The antibacterial peptides from Musca domestica larva could be developed to be a new anti - tumor medicine.
