摘要
采用低应变动力检测及钻芯法检测两种方法,查明某商住楼所采用的人工挖孔灌注桩基础有断桩现象发生。对工程事故原因进行了分析,并对缺陷桩采取了有效的高压注浆补强措施。
Defection in artificial drilled piles in a commercial building was found by low strain dynamical detection and coretaking test. The accident cause of pile's quality failure was studied. The defected pile were effectively restored by injection grout.
