摘要
党的十六届五中全会公报以“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”来描述对社会主义新农村的要求。而如今贫富差距的扩大化将会不利于社会主义新农村进程的推进,因此本文就新农村建设中影响贫富差距的因素做了系统分析,并通过建立新农村建设中影响贫富差距因素指标体系模型对具体因素进行系统分析从而找出关键因素并进行验证,最终给出相应的解决对策。
The communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee describes the new socialist countryside： production is developed, affluent, civilized and clean style is set up, and institution of democratic governance is established. However, the expansion of gap between the rich and poor will be detrimental to promoting a new socialism countryside. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to give a systematic analysis of the influential factors. Through the construction of the model, the key factors are identified and the corresponding countermeasures are provided.
