思想政治教育的有效性取决于教育对象与教育目标、方法和内容等诸多因素的有机整合,本文借科尔伯格的“匹配”概念,通过“结构匹配”的相应性理论,探讨思想政治教育有效性的“结构匹配”的途径方法与教育对象的相应性。

The effectiveness of moral education depends on the integration of educational targets, educational methods and content. On the basis of Lawrence Kohlberg＇s definition of matching theory on ＂Structural Matching＂, this paper explores the correspondence between the educational methods and the targets so as to realize effective structural matching in the moral education.
