马克思和恩格斯社会发展理论蕴含着丰富的社会和谐思想,揭示了社会和谐的基本规律,主张在生产力发展基础上实现社会各构成要素的和谐发展,其中人的发展是社会和谐发展的终极目的和最高价值取向。认为重视人在和谐社会发展中的主体力量,并且大力发展生产力以及变革不合理的社会制度是实现社会和谐发展的必备条件。中国共产党在社会主义建设实践中发展并丰富了马克思恩格斯的社会和谐思想。

The theory of social development of Marx and Engle contains abundant social harmonious thought. Marx and Engle announced the basic regulation of harmonious society, claimed the harmonious development of dements of society on the basis of productivity, and pointed out the development of human is ultimate goal of harmonious society. Marx and Engle put forward the essential conditions concluding the emphasis of human power, the development of productivity and the change of unreasonable social system. The Communist Party of China develops and enriches the thought of harmonious society of Marx and Engle in socialism construct practice.
