摘要
河南能源消费总量近年呈曲折攀升态势,其中工业企业占绝对份额,消费的能源品种主要是煤炭、石油和天然气。国民经济能耗强度近年有所下降但仍高于全国平均水平;能源消费弹性系数近年呈现增长态势但仍低于全国平均水平;能源生产弹性系数近年呈快速下降态势已低于全国平均水平。转变能源使用观念,构建节能降耗机制是能源工作的重中之重。
The volume of energy consumption in Henan Province is increasing up and down in recent years, with industrial enterprise holding the absolute proportion . The type of energy consumption is mainly coal in addition to petrol and gas . The intensity of energy consumption is decreasing in recent years, but above the average level of that of national energy consumption. The elastic coefficient of energy consumption is increasing in recent years , but below the average level of that of national energy consumption.
