以新城疫单抗ELISA试剂盒对江苏、安徽、山东、上海等23个县市的62个鸡场,15个品种鸡群的3686份泄殖腔棉试样品进行了检测,共检出阳性1571份,阳性检出率为41.9%;不同地区的检出率从0 ̄51.3%不等,但以40 ̄47%为多数;对不同日龄的鸡群检测表明,肉鸡在21 ̄48天ND高发,检出率为45.4 ̄47.8%蛋鸡在45 ̄81天以及180天后ND高发,检出率为53.3 ̄75.0%;
A DNV Monoclonal Antibody-based ELISA kit was used to detect NDV infections in field flocks. Out of 3686 cloacal swab specimens from 62 chicken farms of 15 breeds in Jiangsu、Anhui、shandong and Shanghai, 1571 were found positive. The average positive rate was 41.9%, Wichin the range from 0 to 51.3% among the places mentionted above, but most of them is between 40—47%, Broiler had a higher positive rate of 45.4-47.8% at 21-48 days. While layer had a higher positive rate of 53.3-75.0% at 45-81 days and also after 180 days;the kit culd detect ND from mixed infections. There was some relationship between flock's NDV antibody level and positive rates detected by the kit. Usually, if the flocks had antibodylevel (averge more than 2~9)and also a higher, dispersion the flocks would get a higher positive rate detected by the kit. A parallet virus isolation were conducted with randomly assorted 303 specimens of which 283 was vatid the positive coincidence rate was 100% (223/223) and the negative coincidence rate was 96.7% (58/68), The resnlis in this presentalion demonstrated that ND was still the main disease of poultry industry in our country the kit provides a valuable novel tool for the diagnosis surveillance epidemiological study and control of Newcastle Disease.
