摘要 目的:探讨立体定向放射治疗中晚期胰腺癌的近期疗效。方法:对33例中晚期胰腺癌患者采用体部伽玛刀治疗,50%~60%的等剂量曲线包括95%的靶体积,单次边缘剂量300cGy^500cGy,治疗总剂量DT3000cGy^4000cGy,治疗次数6次~12次,每日治疗。结果:治疗后疼痛缓解率70.3%,黄疸消退率33.3%,3个月复查CT有效率(CR+PR)52.4%。6个月生存率66.6%,1年生存率24.2%。结论:体部伽玛刀治疗中晚期胰腺癌近期疗效较理想,周围正常组织损伤小,副作用少,耐受性良好。 Objective: To discuss the feasibility of treating advanced pancreatic carcinoma with Stereotactic Radiation Treatment(SRT). Methods Thirty-three patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated by body r-knife therapy.The isodose ctirve was 50-60% and covered about 95% of the target volume.The single dose was 300-500cGy.The radiation was performed everyday for 6-12times. Results: There were 27 patients with back pain.14.8% of them got completely controlled,55.5% pain remitted, the analgesic effective rate was 70.3%.21patients received CT after 3months ,efficacious ratio(CR+PR)is 52.4%.The 6-month and 12-month survival rates were 66.6% and 24.2%. Conclusions: Body r-knife can achieve a high local control rate and survival rate,with little damage to the normal tissues nearby.
