手部肿瘤2397例的临床研究

Analysis of 2 397 cases of tumors and tumor like lesions of the hand

目的探讨手部肿瘤的发病特点及治疗体会。方法总结1985年以来,经手术治疗及病理诊断的2397例手部肿瘤的患者,就其发病特点、临床诊断和治疗进行回顾性分析。结果手部软组织肿瘤多于骨组织肿瘤,恶性肿瘤极为少见。软组织肿瘤中以血管瘤最为多见,其次为滑膜瘤和血管球瘤;骨肿瘤以软骨瘤最为多见;恶性肿瘤以黑色素瘤多见,多发于甲下;类肿瘤在手部肿物中占有较大的比例。结论手部肿瘤易于早期诊断,从功能学及美容学的角度,应提倡尽早手术。

Objective To explore-the clinical features of tumors and tumor like lesions of the hand and introduce the treatment experience. Methods All 2 397 cases of surgically treated tuners of the hand with pathological diagnosis were studied retrospectively. The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment were reviewed and analyzed. Results The number of soft tissue tumors is more than that of bone tumors of the hand. Malignant tumors are rare. The most frequently seen soft tissue tumors were hemangioma, followed by synovialoma and glomus tumor. Chondroma was the most common bone tumor. Melanoma was the most common malignant tumor, which often grow in the nail bed. Tumor like lesions account for a large part of the series. Conclusion Tuners and tumor like lesions of the hand should be diagnosed early. Early surgical intervention is recommended for better function and cosmesis.
