摘要
针对广西某难处理金精矿,采用添加碳酸钠氧化焙烧—氰化提金工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,焙砂中固硫率达85%、固砷率达95%、有机碳气化率为98%。焙砂再经氰化浸出,可使金浸出率达98%以上。为该类型高砷高碳金精矿提金提供了一条有效的利用途径。
Aimed at the difficult-to-treat characteristic of a Guangxi's gold concentrate, an experimental research is performed by using oxidizing mast-cyanide leaching technology. The results obtained indicated that the rate of sulfur-fixed in the calcine is up to 85% ,the fixing arsenic rate is up to 95% ,and the vaporization ratio of organic carbon is 98%. The cyanide leaching rate of gold can reach 98%. This technological process could provide an effective route for rational utilization of this kind of gold concentrate containing high As and C contents.
