N,N'-二苯基丙二酰胺的合成新工艺

摘要 以对苯胺、丙二酸二乙酯为原料、吡啶为溶剂合成N,N'-二苯基丙二酰胺的方法进行了研究。最佳工艺条件为:原料摩尔比苯胺∶丙二酸二乙酯=2.4∶1.0,吡啶用量为苯胺质量的50%,反应时间为2h,反应温度为115℃,在DMF中进行重结晶,收率达92%以上,产品纯度为99%以上。 The method of synthesizing N,N′-diphenylmalonamide employing aniline and malonic ester and pyridine as extractant was investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of aniline to malonic ester was 2.4:10, the amount of pyridine was 50%(base on the mass of aniline), the reaction time was 2 hours and the reaction temperature was 115℃, recrystallisation in DMF.Under these conditions the yield of N,N′-diphenylmalonamide was over 92% ,and the pure was up to 99% by HPLC analysis.
