摘要
运用正交实验法优化了合成7-羟基异黄酮的反应条件,在最佳的反应条件下7-羟基异黄酮的粗品平均收率达95%以上,并对成品的精制工艺进行了改进,使之更适合于工业化生产,在优化的条件下精品的总收率达85%,纯度大于99%。
Reaction eondietions of synthesis 7-hydroxyisoflavone were optimized via crossing experiment. On optimizing condictions, the crude yield of 7-hydroxyisoflavone was over 95%. The purifying method of 7-hydroxyisoflavone was improved to meet the industrialized production, the purified yield was 85% and the purity was above 99%.
