混凝沉降法处理小区生活污水的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 用聚硅酸铝混凝剂处理小区生活污水,确定最佳混凝条件。考查了酸度、混凝剂的加入量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明:酸度在pH为7.80左右,每100mL污水中聚硅酸铝加入量为0.2mL,搅拌速度为45r/min,搅拌20s,沉降15min后,测上清液的化学耗氧量,CODCr去除率可达89%左右,处理后的污水CODCr值达到国家排放标准。 Treating domestic sewage with polysilicate aluminium was studied.Conditional experiments were attempted about acidify,flocculation agent amount,mixing speed,mixing time and sedimentation time.The results showed that the removal rate of CODcr could reach 89% under the condition of pH = 7.80,flocculation agent amount 0.2 mL,mixing speed 45 r/min,mixing time 20 s and sedimentation time 15 min. The results meets the national city drainage standard. The process was characterized by simple technology,powerful operate function.It is valuable to apply.
