文章针对某框架住宅楼产生的大量现浇板裂缝等质量问题,通过工程调查和现场质量抽检,根据裂缝分布特征并结合设计、施工等方面剖析裂缝产生原因,指出了一些值得注意的问题,同时采取相应的措施对裂缝进行了有效的处理,处理效果良好。

In connection with the heavy cracking in a the cast-in-situ slab of a frame residential building, investigation and random inspection in site are made and then the cracking causes are dissected according to their distribution features from design and construction. And finally reinforcement measures are adopted which prove to be effective.
