房地产开发项目的投资控制是一种动态控制,通过动态投资控制的运作,可以节约建设资金,有效地制定用款计划和信贷计划,实现经营目标。文章结合实例对此进行了探讨。
Investment control in real estate development is a dynamic process, by which the construction cost can be saved and the spending and borrowing plan be drawn up in order to achieve business objectives. This article analyzes this problem with an example.
