摘要
文章结合某大型国有建筑施工企业现状进行分析,探讨运用网络信息技术,开辟员工网络测评与培训有机相结合的模式,从而更好地达到促进员工知识更新、全面提升员工素质、增强企业核心竞争力的效果。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of an large state-owned construction enterprises, this paper approaches as how to use information technology to conduct on-llne appraisal of employees as well as training for them in order to promote knowledge innovation and improve quality of the employees and finally enhance competition of the company.
