摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）是以睡眠结构紊乱和出现反复呼吸暂停、低氧血症为特征，导致多系统器官功能损害的一种临床综合征，严重影响人们的日常工作及生活，成为危害人类健康的重要公共卫生问题。OSAHS被认为是一种“生活方式相关性疾病”，超重型和肥胖型患者明显高于正常人群，不控制饮食、静坐少锻炼、嗜烟酒是他们生活方式的主要特点，
