自然抗性相关巨噬细胞蛋白1基因及其与结核病的关系

摘要 结核病在世界范围内的卷土重来引起人们的再次关注。在感染人群中,发病个体仅占1/10,提示遗传背景差异可能与结核病易感性有关。自然抗性相关巨噬细胞蛋白1(natural resistance associated macrophage protein 1.NRAMP1)基因是目前研究较多的结核病易感基因之一,我们就NRAMP1基因及其与结核病的关系作一综述。
