本文对政府公共支出项目绩效的影响因素进行分析。在宏观方面,制度因素与非制度因素共同对政府公共支出项目绩效产生影响;在微观领域,政治的、经济的、管理的、文化的因素都从不同侧面提高或降低着政府公共支出项目的绩效。

This paper analyzes influencing factors in performance. On the macro-level, institutional and non-institutional factors work on the public expenditure performance. In the micro-field, the economic, political, administrative and cultural elements increase or decrease the governmental public expenditure performance.
