摘要
木霉T-LSQ-18和黑曲霉SP-77固体发酵条件的优化,使T-LSQ-18菌株纤维素酶C1酶活达28.5IU/g,黑曲霉CB酶酶活达132lU/g;采用木霉T-LSQ-18:黑曲霉SP-77(6:1)的混合酶液水解预处理后的秸秆,使秸秆净减率达到35.3%。
