永嘉县有线电视用户管理信息系统是基于永嘉县的实际情况而开发的一套软件，有线电视台的收费管理、器材管理、数据查询以及统计等业务均采用计算机管理，通过软件控制完善业务流程，该系统采用先进的B／S结构和人性化设计，软件的开放性较强，而且操作简单。
CATV user management information system is a set of software developed based on the practical state of Yongjia County. All the services in the system, including charge management, equipment management, data inquiry and statistics, are using the computer management. It perfects the service procedure by software controlling. This system adapts the advanced B/S structure and a user friendly design. So the opera-tion is very easy.
