Training personnel with innovative ability is quite crucial for establishing an innovative country. To realize this, we should transform our inheritance-centered educational thoughts and reform the ＂universal＂ teaching system and method, bringing research into teaching process. Besides, we should recognize the importance of synthetical practice training and practice ability, reforming exam system and the grading standards. What＇s more, we should attach, importance to the second classroom and try to form a harmonious and ＂broad-love＂ educational atmosphere. As a result, teaching and learning can be mutually encouraged and improved and fine mechanism and environment for training innovative personnel can be established.
